Brass is back! Too bad they don’t make appliances in this classic metal, or I would be out buying them…I love brass and am so glad it has come back into style. Brass reminds me of my grandparents, who collected beautiful trays and trinkets from their travels around the world. My mom has a tray very much like the one pictured below that holds drinks and the ever-present stack of reading materials in her family room. I covet that tray every time I visit. Last year, she graciously gave me several pieces that she no longer uses and I love them. You can find brass everywhere from thrift stores to high-end antique events.
